Recipients of this document are requested not to share it outside the student body to which it is addressed. After use, it must be deleted in digital form or destroyed in hard copy. The person completing this form agrees to the anonymous dissemination of the above data in the form of archived records. The data will therefore be stored indefinitely by the Student Council for Chemistry and Life Sciences. It will be shared exclusively with students in relevant degree programs at KIT. Upon request, the sharing of the data will be discontinued, and the data will be completely deleted from the storage media of the Student Council for Chemistry and Life Sciences.
