Overview of the various student support facilities at the KIT. The student council is also happy to assist you.

Cafeteria
If you're hungry and want something cheap to eat, fast, the KIT cafeteria is the place to be.
Library
If you need textbooks for studying, the KIT Library is the right place for you. Workshops on research and useful programs are also offered here.
SCC
The Scientific Computing Center (SCC) has a number of computer rooms, along with a cheap printing service. They also manage the KIT software shop, which offers free downloads of software licensed by the KIT.
AStA
The General Students' Committee advocates for student interests and serves as the representative body of the student government. It offers a range of services, with a particular focus on counseling
FORUM
At the Forum and Studium Generale, you can also acquire "key qualifications" and receive information and offers relating to the Studium Generale.
Language Center
Want to learn or get better at a foreign language? The language center offers a variety of courses on their website.
University Sports
The KIT has a broad sports program. From martial arts, ball sports, athletics, through swimming, dance, and yoga, you're bound to find something you enjoy. Peep the program!

Student Services will assist you with various organizational matters throughout your studies.
Nightline
If you're feeling troubled and have no one to talk to, you can call the Nightline, a listening helpline by and for students.
Studierendenwerk
The Studierendenwerk webpage has info on fees and funding, BAföG (federal student grants/loans), grants and other things related to financing your studies. There's also information on student housing and their daycare facilities, as well as their private accomodation service. They offer free psychological counselling to students, detailed under "Counselling" on the webpage.
